A celebration of life for Kyle Eugene Rush, 16, of Abilene will be held 2 pm Sunday, July 23, 2023, at First Baptist Church of Canton with Pastor Mike Roberson and Bro. John Carranco officiating. Interment will be in Haven of Memories Memorial Park.
Kyle went to Heaven of July 17, 2023 in Lubbock. He was born December 9, 2006 in Dallas to Robert Chad and Jenny Elizabeth Wycough Rush.
Kyle attended Beltway Park Church in Abilene. He had just completed his 10th grade year at Wylie High School in Abilene. He loved welding, cooking class, playing tennis and working on his Jeep. He took floral class in high school and enjoyed making his mother arrangements. Kyle worked at Auto Zone. He was a natural salesman.
Kyle is survived by his parents, Chad and Jenny Rush; sisters: Katy Beth Rush and Gabbie Braziel; great-grandmothers: Neva Greer and Ruby Pirtle; grandparents, Jan and Joe Bob Wycough; grandfather, Robert Rush; uncles: Jake and Danielle Wycough and Justin and Torjie Wycough; aunts: Delana and Scott Newman and Kim and Kelly Spence; and many cousins, other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers are Ethan Simmons, Garrett Wycough, Chisum Wycough, Hudson Wycough, David Gonzales, Cooper Smith, Hunter Hood, Cole Rodriquez, Jaxon Lunsford and Gunner Helm.
Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
