Carolyn Inez Tatum Elliott

Services for Carolyn Inez Tatum Elliott, 77, of Little Elm, formerly of Canton, will be held 11 am Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at Eubank Funeral Home in Canton with Dr. Mark Moore officiating. Interment will be in Haven of Memories.

Mrs. Elliott passed away on Thursday, December 16, 2021. Carolyn was born March 23, 1944 to Paul Jackson and Eva Elizabeth Wilson Tatum.

Carolyn was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church in Canton, but had been attending Denton Bible Church. She grew up in Hallsville. Carolyn married Larry Don Elliott on November 21, 1966. She enjoyed knitting, reading John Grisham books, playing Bridge and card games and NASCAR. Carolyn also enjoyed being in the hand bell choir at her churches and traveling and going on cruises. She enjoyed learning sign language. Carolyn was a divine model of "in sickness and in health." She was an incredible homemaker, incredibly dedicated to family and friends...never missing a special moment. She loved event planning. Carolyn had an adventurous spirit and a wonderful sense of humor.

Mrs. Elliott is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Eva Tatum; husband, Larry Elliott; daughter, Tracy Rehnea Graitge; granddaughter, Taylor Elliott; and two brothers and their wives: Albert and Anne Tatum and Lewis and Jackie Tatum.

Carolyn is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Angela Bouley-Garcia and Jesus Garcia of Aubrey; son and daughter-in-law: Daniel J. Elliott and Michelle of Port Lucie, Florida; son-in-law, Gary Graitge of Lewisville; son-in-law, Dennis and Jenny Bouley of Celina; seven grandchildren: Renee' Blaylock, Rachel Bouley, Rebecca and Austin Goss, Chasity Rainford and Chip Johnson, Daniel Rainford, Brittany and Kari Largent and Brooke and Timothy McClure; nine great-grandchildren: Liam Blaylock, Logan Blaylock, Remington Goss, Lexington Goss, Dalton Johnson, Zachary Johnson, Harper McClure, Kensley McClure and Teagan Largent; niece/sister, Patricia Tatum Dees and husband, Waldo.

Pallbearers will be Perry Tatum, Jerry Tatum, Mark Green, Aaron Dees, Rex Morgan, Monte Dees, Liam Blaylock and Chase Jordan.

A visitation for Carolyn will be held one hour prior to the service.
