Carla graduated from Grand Prairie High School and then went to beauty school. She was a hair dresser for 30 years. She enjoyed fishing and camping. Carla loved to dance and enjoyed life.
Mrs. Parsons is preceded in death by her parents, Hinton and Melba Reynolds; and a son, Robert Evans. Carla is survived by her husband, Chalmas Parsons; step son, Charles Parsons and wife, Teresa; step daughter, Melody Sexton; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Lonnie Reynolds; and sister, Sherry Morrow.
