Myron was a go getter believing from an early age that with hard work he could achieve his American Dream. Myron was an Eagle Scout and president of his senior class at N. Canton Hoover where he lettered 4 years in football and basketball. He went on to play football at Wittenberg University. Myron was inducted into the Hoover Hall of Distinction in 2014 and the N. Canton Hoover Athletic Hall of Fame in 2015. He retired in 2004 after a 37 year career as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch. Myron loved people, especially people who loved him and there were many. He touched innumerable lives in his 75 years on this Earth. He believed that charity was as good for the giver as it was for the receiver.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Charles William Draper and grandson Alex Scott Campbell. Survived by his wife of 53 years Sandra (Stark) Draper and four children, Stephanie, Matthew (Patchouli), Laura (Scott) Campbell, and Allison Draper; Also Jennifer Hutzler and grandchildren Matthew Campbell, Dakota Hutzler, and Mia Draper; brothers Jim, Glenn, and Byron Draper and sister Mary Ellen Beyer.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00pm Tuesday February 7th at Faith United Methodist Church 300 9th St. NW, North Canton, OH 44720 with Pastor Cara Stultz-Costello. Friends may call Monday 5-8 PM at the Karlo-Libby Funeral Home 5000 Everhard Rd. NW Canton, OH 44718. Burial will be in North Canton Cemetery followed by a Celebration of Life at 3:30pm at Arrowhead Country Club 1500 Rogwin Cir.
