Born and raised in Canton, MA to Susan Oxman and the late Robert Boerman, he was a valued and beloved member of the community: He completed all 12 years of school. In high school he was on the wrestling team and started playing the drums, which he loved and had such a talent for. He loved skateboarding, music and of course, his friends and family. He went to New England Institute of Art in Brookline to further his education. He was adventurous and lived all around Boston. He loved meeting people and could easily rope you in with his contagious smile and positive energy. Everywhere he went, he made a friend.
In his final years, he lived in Shrewsbury, MA with his girlfriend Tanni Arif with whom he shared his love and life. Together they shared his most special companion, their dog Buddy. He loved playing darts, being outdoors, spending time with his family and friends and just having a good time. He always made the best of any situation.
He worked for Revolutionary Clinics. He loved his job and the team of people he worked with and would speak of them often.
Gregory will forever be loved and deeply missed by everyone who knew him. To know him was to love him. He was a kind soul, he had a heart bigger than the sky, and when he smiled, you couldn't help but feel happy.
He is survived by his mother Susan Oxman and her partner George Lewis of Canton, MA; his sisters Tracey Boerman Denneen and her husband Francis Denneen of Hampton, NH and Melissa Boerman of Canton, MA; many nieces and nephews, who he adored beyond measure, and aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many friends from all over.
