She was born on November 5th, 1940 in North Vietnam.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Yi Chi Tran, and brother, Chi Paul Chen.
Surviving her are her siblings, Tai Chi Chen, Nancy Vu, and Andy Chen, and sister in-law Helen Chen; nephews Howard Chen, Hans Chen, Bryan Vu, and Frank Chen.
She emigrated to the United States in 1989 and spent the rest of her life in central Pennsylvania. She was happiest cooking and sharing food with friends and family.
A visitation will be held on Saturday August 3, 2024 from 10:00-11:00am at Neill Funeral Home; 3401 Market Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011. Funeral services will begin at 11:00am. Burial will follow in Rolling Green Cemetery; 1811 Carlisle Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
