Thomas Albert Chisholm

Tom Chisholm of Port Elgin in his 78th year, passed away peacefully at the Grey Bruce Health Services, Southampton on Wednesday April 2, 2014. Beloved husband of Judith Chisholm (Lexia). Father of Julie(husband Aaron MacGillivray), Jan Chisholm Perkins, Shelley Lewis (husband Don Robinson) and Lorie(husband Jeff Carmount). Predeceased by his first wife Carol (nee Henderson), his sister Joan Linn and his brother- in- law, Jack Hardcastle. Son of the late Albert and Loretta Chisholm. Tom is survived by his two sisters Patty Hardcastle and Carol (Larry Kinzie).

Cherished grandfather of Nathan, Jaron, Noah, Brittany, Victoria, Kempton, Kaleb, Jenna, Ali, Clint, Garrett, Claudia, Kirstin, Spencer, and three great grandchildren Aubree, Audrey and Ella. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Lifetime member of St. Clement’s Parish, 4th Degree Knights of Columbus and 35 year employee and Manager of “The Beer Store” (Brewers Retail).

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Clement’s Roman Catholic Church, 745 Duke Street, Cambridge, Ontario on Monday April 7, 2014 at 10:00 am, Father Phil Sherlock officiating. Cremation to follow.
