Suddenly, on May 17, 2020 at Cambridge Memorial Hospital in her 41st year.
Meredith will be missed by her family, she was a loving mother to Kylie and Madison, sister to Allison and Stew Gerber of Alberta, devoted Aunt to Wyatt and Arizona.
Meredith was born in Burlington, Ontario on May 19, 1979. She was predeceased by her parents, Judy and Bob Patrick. She will be missed by many extended family members and friends.
Meredith was a loving person who cared deeply for everyone she knew. She adored her children, animals, spending time with friends and tending to her gardens. Meredith was known for her smile and knew how to brighten anyone’s day. We will cherish our memories of our dear mother, sister and aunt, as she will be missed, and will remain forever in our hearts.
