So sad to just learn of Kevin's passing. I knew Kevin thru Bayer. We shared many hockey stories about is kids. My thoughts are with the family.

My sincerest condolences to the Skinner family. Kevin will be sorely missed by so many people many he worked with over the years. I always looked forward to Kevin coming out to our Western Regional meetings. What stuck out most to me was his smile. Thanks to the family for the awesome video, new Kevin was a real family man and the video confirmed that. Kevin was a very hard worker but see he did take time to enjoy life, a side I  wasn't aware of. His memory will last a life time a man to look up to.

Sincerest Condolences to Kevin's family.  I was so saddened to hear of his sudden passing. Kevin was a kind and caring gentleman and I was fortunate to have worked with him over a decade at Bayer.  His pride and love of his family was always shared as well as taking an interest in others which always meant so much.

In the two short years he was at Purdue I got to know Kevin as the guy in the office next door, who always said 'hello' in the morning and 'safe drive home' each night. My heart felt condolences go out to all his family and friends.  I work in pharma as a supplier and had the privilege of working with Kevin the past few years.  We bonded well during our time working on the new ophthalmology brands he managed.  He was a super guy and was always eager to hear about a recent golf or fishing trip.  During my 30 years in pharma I have worked with thousands of people, but I can honestly say, Kevin was one of the best.  He will be deeply missed. We were absolutely crushed to hear the sad news about Kevin.  We're an agency creative team that had the privilege of working with Kevin a fair amount over the years when he was at Bayer. Our first job with him was a pretty kooky commercial we wrote for Aspirin where the girl's wrists were on fire. Despite serious pressure from the corporate office in Germany to pull it, Kevin stood up for it because it worked for the business. It was a gutsy move, and in our industry extremely rare. 

In later years, we were fortunate to travel with him to Chile and Seattle on several occasions where we shared many great dinners, drinks, laughs, and a Seahawks game.  Typically most creative teams lament it when clients attend travel shoots. We wanted Kevin to come with us! He was smart, loved creative, and despite his intimidating stature, a pretty warm and funny guy. Kevin was forever showing us pictures of his kids, beaming with pride about their achievements. He clearly loved his family a ton. We are thinking of you all. We seriously wish our industry and the world itself had more people like Kevin. Because we're definitely worse off with him not here. We're going to miss the hell out of him.

I feel lucky to have worked so closely with Kevin both at Bayer and the one year coaching the hockey team. We had many long discussions mostly about family or sports. He always had time to talk about family and over the years I felt I knew your family quite well. 
Kevin was an excellent boss and a great listener. His Integrity, passion and competitiveness were second to none. As a manager he always had time and was very supportive. Kevin touched a lot of people creating many fond memories which will carried on forever.
