Doris Anneke Reid

Passed away at St. Joseph’s Health Centre in Guelph on Sunday, November 22, 2015 at the age of 72. Predeceased by beloved husband Llewellyn (2015), son Dale (1971), parents: Jan and Doris Feller (2006) and grandson Daniel (2015). Dear mother to Bob (Ada), Anne Wilson (Derrick), Lynn, Connie Corbett (Scott) and Lewie (Dina). Loving Grandma to Robbie, Brandon, Jordan, Justin, Tanya, Jaime, Jake, Tyler, Amber, Max and Layla and great-grandma to Isaac, Cien Soo, Tae Bae and Mia. Survived by her siblings: Carol Littlejohn (Gord), Kathryn Feller and Linda Sellers (Charles). Ann was born in Berwick, Kings County, Nova Scotia and later moved to Ontario as a young woman. Someone simple, she truly enjoyed the quiet things in life. You could often find her at home spending time on her jig-saw puzzles and crosswords or watching her favourite team (the Toronto Blue Jays). Ann loved her many grandchildren and enjoyed any time that was spent together. Friends and family will be received on Thursday, November 26, 2015 at Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge (519-621-1650) from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A Memorial Service will take place the following day on Friday, November 27, 2015 at Trinity Anglican Church, 12 Blair Road, Cambridge at 2pm. In memory of Ann, donations to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
