GARANT, Brenda Frances – Passed away unexpectedly at Freeport Health Centre, Kitchener, Ontario on Thursday, September 29, 2011 at age 60. Cherished and loving mother of Chad Maurice Garant and wife of Leonel Garant. Dear sister of Judith Krete and her husband Ron, Lois Litwiller and her husband Ron, Roger Hollingworth and his wife Anne, Gloria Bricker and her husband Charles Ebbs, Karole Russell and her husband John. Predeceased by her parents Bernard and Sadie Hollingworth and brother Paul Hollingworth. She will be missed by her many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. Brenda especially enjoyed her shopping and cruising trips with her sisters. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge, 519-653-3251 on Monday, October 3, 2011 from 2pm-4pm and 7pm-9pm. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at Calvary Assembly, 127 Hespeler Road, Cambridge at 1pm, with a visitation one hour prior to service time. A private family interment will be held at Paris Cemetery, Paris Ontario. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
