Otto Ziemann, surrounded by his family, passed away peacefully at the age of 89 years on Friday, December 20, 2013 in Calgary, AB.
He will be sadly missed by his children, Enno (Janice) and Ruth (Wayne); grandchildren, Jennifer (Mike), Nick (Krista), Derek and Neil; six great grandchildren, Makaela, Bryce, Alexa, Lorelei, Sienna and January all of whom brought such joy to his life. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Irma, of 59 years.
A Celebration of Otto’s Life will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Friday January 3, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to The Salvation Army Agape Hospice 1302 – 8 Ave N.W., Calgary T2N 1B8.
