Mike was born on January 18, 1965, a native Calgarian. He was the third born of six children to Phillip and Della Selinger.
Mike had a passion for bikes, being pedal or motorized, which subsequently resulted in many speeding tickets. This evolved to his passion of riding his Harley-Davidson and a vocation where he could embrace nature and the open road as a tour bus operator and long haul trucker. He was also involved in busing people around in support of the Special Olympics, and enjoyed time golfing with his family.
Mike is survived by his beloved wife of 19 years, Sherry, their family included roommates Shawn and Kelsey, and their “fur babies”. Mike also leaves behind his parents Phill and Della; siblings Ed, Rose, Dave (Rhonda), Frances (Tom), Annette (Ken), nephews Gordon (Janelle), Nathaniel and niece Lindsay.
Mike was a beautiful, unique and kind soul to all friends and family who will dearly miss him.
