I have very fond memories of all of the Gordon Family, as my Sister and Donna were nursing class mates, and that is how I got to know the family.  Over the past years Mary Ann,  my husband Bob and I would meet every Friday at the Farmers Market to solve the worlds problems. Mary Ann and I  also enjoyed going to the Canadian Women's Club for their monthly luncheons, also to Breast Cancer Fashion Shows. We had a wonderful friendship and we will truly miss her.

I have wonderful memories of time spent with Mary Ann, Donna, Aunt Mildred and Uncle Alex.  My sisters and I were always very happy to receive care packages of clothes that Donna and Mary Ann had outgrown.   It was like Christmas no matter the time of year! Later when my son Todd was in a wrestling tournament at SAIT, my son Colin and I stayed at the Gordons.  Mary Ann and Donna took us up the Calgary Tower and we will never forget the beautiful hot air ballooms floating all around.  We also went to the Calgary Zoo on St. George's Island in the Bow River.  As we got older we haven't visited as much but we are very thankful for the fun times we did have together.  We will miss you Mary Ann but take comfort in knowing you are with Donna and your parents again on the beautiful  shore.  Lots of love and hugs from cousin Jean and the Forester family in Campbell River.

I have very fond, loving memories of Mary Ann.  My Mom was a mursing classmate of Mary Ann's sister, Donna and in fact Donna was named my brother's Godmother.

We looked forward to Mary Ann and Donna coming to our house every Easter throughout my childhood to colour Easter eggs.  We were typically still frantically trying to find the PAAS colouring we had 'put away somewhere'....but once that crisis was solved we coloured and coloured Easter Eggs to our hearts' content.  

It had also become tradition for Mary Ann and Donna, occasionally with Millie in tow, to come visit on Christmas Eve while they were making their rounds.  Our house was always in a state of chaos and it was a big race against the clock to see if we could have the house 'ready for company' before they arrived.  I don't recall ever actually completely achieving our goal, but they smiled and loved us just the same.  We loved them right back! 

My condolences to all, Mary Ann was a wonderful lady and will truly be missed.
