Joanna Annie Maria Janssens Vermeeren

Joanna “Annie” Vermeeren, born in Tilburg, The Netherlands in 1922, passed away peacefully in Calgary on January 7, 2011 at the age of 88 years. She is survived by husband John, children Mary (Bernard) Sibbald, John (Karen) and Betty (John) Kroon; 8 grandchildren and 19 great- grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter Marianne and great-grandson Braeden. Annie will always be remembered as a caring Wife, Mother and Oma. Special thanks to all the staff at the Forest Grove Care Centre. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Cecilia’s Roman Catholic Church, 321 - 90 Avenue SE, Calgary on Friday, January 14, 2011 at 11:00 a.m.
