Douglas Llewellyn Ellis passed away in Calgary, Alberta on May 4, 2016 at the age of 83 years. Doug is lovingly remembered by his children; Wayne, Diane and Brian, his grandchildren; Adva, Mason, Gal, Rowan and Myann as well as by his sister Bobbe. Doug is predeceased by his granddaughter Shooneet, grandson Devin and his wife Jeannine Lorraine Ellis. At Doug’s request no formal service will be held. If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to the Alberta Cancer Foundation c/o Tom Baker Cancer Centre, 1331 – 29 Street N.W., Calgary, AB T2N 4N2.
