Donna Patricia Leonard passed away in Calgary, AB on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at the age of 82 years. Most of Donna’s life was spent as a home maker and a care giver to her husband Bruce and her five children. She loved to help people and showed it by taking care of not only her grandchildren and siblings, but anyone else who would be staying at the house for a time. After a long battle with Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease Donna has now passed on to a much happier place. This disease took so much from her. Donna will be dearly missed by her children; Larry Leonard, Nora (Ed) Klippensten, Wendy (Jeffery) Braun, Doyle (Linda) Leonard and Nadine Demuth as well as her nine grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Donna is survived by her siblings; Richard Doyle, Eileen Evans, Pat (Gail) Doyle and Amy MacLeod. She is predeceased by her loving husband Bruce (1990) and by her mother and father, Dorothy and Bill (William) Doyle. A Celebration of Donna’s Life will be held at a later date.
