Anne’s working career began at the Star Department Store of Melfort, SK; Montgomery Department Store of Wetaskiwan, AB as well as many years with Woodward Stores in Calgary and Edmonton. Her loving and caring nature brought many friends into her life. Anne loved to spend time in the kitchen cooking up some wonderful dinners and desserts. The time spent with her crafts of sewing, knitting, crocheting and quilting brought her much joy as she shared these creations from her hand with others. Anne liked to keep a clean, tidy home; she was a quiet person who loved reading for peace and quiet times. Upon her retirement, Anne enjoyed trips and vacations with Ernie as well as puttering in her garden. She was always looking for new crafts to which she could put her hand and while she enjoyed time spent with friends, her family and grandkids were always first in her heart.
