We have known Gerald for quite some time and thought a lot of him always trying to help us when we wanted to do business with our Livestock. He would tell us stories about his wheeling and dealing with folks.
That was a joy and always very interesting!
We will Miss you and your talks Gerald.

I remember…
You going swimming with Ricky & I at the Round Rock swimming pool. I probably was 7 months pregnant with John at the time but I wanted to go swimming so we went. Your legs were as white as a sheet but you didn’t care!
Dancing with you at the dance halls in our early years. What a great dancer you were!  Always so much fun!
Going over to your house in Leander for dinner and you trying to feed me rabbit or something “foreign”. The next time we went I brought my own food!  
Going to your house in Bertram for your famous pancakes. They were awesome!  
Thanks for all the great memories Gerald!  
You were a wonderful brother to Ricky and a great brother-in-law to me!  I thank you for that. 
You will always be remembered and will forever be missed.

Rest in peace my friend and thanks for helping the local ag kids and supporting their programs everyone appreciated your help and support and you will never be forgotten so go rest high on that mountain Gerald we all will miss you buddy

I met Moffett 40 years ago. I was Jalisa's room mate at the time and she was my best friend. I knew as soon as Jalisa met him that they were made to be together. They were together any time that they had. They were like peas and carrots. Moffett was a good man and a hard worker. He will be missed greatly.

Mr. Moffett was my neighbor, I saw him every single day riding on his side by side, working on the farm, checking the mail, and even just parked at the end of the driveway watching the sunset. Though our interactions were numbered and we didn't say much, he was very kind to me. 
He was definitely one of the most hard working people I know and will be missed.

My baby brother was like no other. He spoke his mind. He loved his family deeply. When he was young and couldn’t find him, go look under a tree. He’d be there playing with toy animals and vehicles. Really feel he was born to raise animals. He loved Jalesa like nothing else.  When she sick he’d ask “Pray for My Jalesa “. He loved his grand babies like no other. Shelia (daughter)worked beside him all her life. Dakota next then TJ. Blake helped him too. He had Blake trying to ride pigs, funny. Bottom line: Loved my baby brother and will miss those phone calls. Phase “what the flock”

RIP my good friend.
You will be missed by so many of us.  
You were one of the hardest working men I’ve ever known.  
You showed us what one can accomplish with dedication and hard work.  
“Your work here on Earth is done my friend, Go Rest High on that Mountain”. 
Our thoughts and prayers are with Jalesa and Shiela during the difficult days ahead.
