Emma Caroline Parker, born on March 4, 1993, passed away on November 4, 2024, after a courageous 5-year battle with metastatic breast cancer. Emma was a devoted mother to her 6-year-old daughter, Gracecyn Parker.
Emma’s life was a testament to her unwavering faith and love for children. She found joy in helping others and was an active member of her church, Elevate. Emma brought happiness to her friends and loved ones, and her strength was an inspiration. Her warm smile and unwavering kindness touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impact on those who had the privilege of knowing her.
From a young age, Emma’s goal in life was to be a mother and to work with children. Every job she held allowed her to positively interact with children. Whether she was teaching children ballet, working in a daycare, school, or church nursery, nannying, or serving cookies in a bakery, she taught and loved every child in a unique and impactful way. Emma’s love for children bled into her passion for children’s safety. Emma vehemently informed everyone about the importance of car seat safety and the dangers of red dye. Emma wanted the best for every child!
Emma fought a valiant battle against metastatic breast cancer. Throughout her battle, Emma ensured her daughter, Gracecyn, knew how much Emma loved her. Emma’s spirit will continue to watch over Gracecyn, guiding and protecting her throughout life.
Emma is survived by her mother, Julie Wilbeck, and her stepfather, Scott Wilbeck, whom she grew close and considered a dad. She is also survived by her father, Timothy Parker. Emma was a sister to Madeline Parker, Joseph Parker, and Edward Parker, and a granddaughter to Carolyn Frank and Dolores Wilbeck. Welcoming her in heaven are her beloved grandparents, Dr. Edward and Kathleen Parker, and Benhart Frank, and her Uncle Alan Malinak.
A celebration of Emma’s life will be held on November 16, 2024, at 11:00 am at Elevate Church, 700 Gateway Parkway, Marble Falls, Texas 78654. This celebration will be kid-friendly with a bouncy house and pony rides.

Emma Parker will be profoundly missed, but her spirit and legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
