He is survived by his beloved wife, Lisa Morgan, with whom he shared a passion for dancing; his sons, James and Mitchell Morgan, the latter married to Shianne; Daughters, Rachel Coffey, married to Dustin, and Katherine Johnson; his sister, Janice, and her husband, Charlie Mac. Billy's legacy extends to his cherished grandchildren, Cael, Georgia, Lacey, Captain, Kyleigh, Copelynn, Adella, and Millie whose lives have been enriched by his love and wisdom.
Billy's interests and passions were as rich and diverse as the life he led. He had a profound love for raising Hereford cattle and could often be found at stock shows, where his expertise and enthusiasm were well known. His love for agriculture extended to his personal life, where he found great joy in working on his land and tending to his cattle.
A true Texan at heart, Billy had a special fondness for the traditional dancehalls scattered throughout Central Texas. He and his wife, Lisa, could frequently be seen two-stepping across the dance floor, their laughter and smiles a beacon of their shared love and happiness. These moments of joy were among the many treasured memories that Billy's family and friends will hold dear.
Above all, Billy's greatest joy came from spending time with his grandchildren. Whether he was sharing the intricacies of farm life, attending their various activities, or simply enjoying their company, his love for them was evident in every action and every word.
