Ms. Siu Fun Phata Chan

With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Phata Chan on May 25, 2024. She now rests in peace with the Lord.

She is survived by her husband Stephen Wu, and son Gordon Wu.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, she moved to Canada in 1993 after completing her secondary education.

She became a Chartered Professional Accountant and Accounting Software Consultant in Canada. She loved working with numbers and had dedicated her entire life to the accounting industry. She had enjoyed a fulfilling career before returning to her eternal heavenly home.

Her warm personality has made her truly unforgettable. She will be remembered and dearly missed by all who know her, including her clients, friends, and family.

A visitation will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. The inurnment will be held on Friday, June 14, 2024, at 11:00 am.
