It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving husband, father, and Nonno. Michele was born on January 23, 1940 in San Cono, Sicily and passed away peacefully on March 12th, 2021. Michele is survived by his loving wife Graziella of 56 years, children Giovanni (Corrina), Agostina (Miguel), Concetta (Tony), Salvatore (Pina) and all 14 grandchildren who he loved dearly. Also survived by sister Gina (Carmelo), sister-law-in Laura, brothers Pino (Agata), Gioacchino (Teresa) and predeceased parents Agostina, Giovanni and brother Salvatore.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He was a joy to all of us. He was a talented, hardworking and dedicated Bricklayer Mason. He enjoyed going camping, fishing and tending to his garden. Due to public health orders, a private funeral will be held. Please keep Michele in your hearts and say a prayer for him. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the Parkison Society Of British Columbia. The family is grateful to all the health care workers who have helped Michele over the years, including the doctors and nurses.
