who left this world peacefully on December 12, 2024, surrounded by the warmth and love of his family. He was 71 years old.
Jack was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Cynthia; a cherished father to his three children, Tammie, Tracie, and Matthew; and a proud grandfather to three grandchildren, Tia, Tyler, and Kaylia. He was also a supportive brother to his five siblings: Grace, Lanny, Steven, Janice, and Lori. He touched the lives of many with his constant support, inner strength, sense of humor, and compassion. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
