Originally, she came to the States with her family when she was thirteen. Diane made many friends who were very dear to her. She was the kind of person who always helped those in need.
Diane was an early riser and a morning person all her life.
She, along with her husband of forty-two years, Rex worked as property managers. She was an excellent delegator, working throughout four states over their 25-year career.
Diane was preceded in death by her daughter, Debra Parsons, and son Dale William Wells Picard, granddaughter, Sierra Amber Parsons, one grandson, Mario Dunham and two brothers.
She is survived by her husband, Rex, of Bullhead City; brother, Dan Skelton, daughters Robin Parsons, Brenda Nesselrodt, and Rhonda Dunham, sons Dana Parsons, and Ron Picard, 17 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.
Rex and Diane were a hard team to beat, in their work, in life, in love. Her children and grandchildren along with her friends will always have her in their hearts and will miss her very much. Diane was especially known for helping her children and we love her for that.
