Troy D. Phelps (56), of Caldwell, Texas passed away Wednesday August 7,2024 in Bryan,Texas. He was born in Houston,Texas to Nolan Phelps and Nellie Cogdill.
He was a resident of Caldwell,Texas; formerly of Texas City. He worked at Brookshire Bros.
He is preceded in death by his parents and His wife Susan Sullivan - Phelps of 17 years.
He is survived by his step father Johnny Reyna. Sister and brother in law: Sarah and John Bennett along with their children Carin and John (niece and nephew),along with numerous aunts,uncles,cousins,friends and co-workers.
