A viewing will be held at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan at 1:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 2:00 p.m. at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Bryan, with Monsignor John Malinowski serving as Celebrant. Interment will follow at Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Rosie was born August 18, 1933 in Robertson County, Texas to Lee and Anna Perrone. She lived her entire life in the Burleson and Brazos County areas. She was a loving daughter, niece and cousin to her family. She always enjoyed the family get togethers and helped her mom make pies for the occasions. She liked making jewelry with beads and giving them to her family and friends. She enjoyed playing bingo and painting ceramics. She was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church and San Salvador Mission Church.
Rosie was preceded in death by her Mom, Anna Perrone, Dad, Lee Perrone, nephew and niece, Carl and Jobe Scarmardo, Great nephew and niece, Michael Polzer and Theresa Talaber.
She is survived by many cousins; Rosalie and Gene Polzer of Bryan, Frank and Donna Scarmardo, of Burleson County, Matilda and Lonnie Minze, of The Woodlands, Marilda and Terry Hugo, of Richmond and numerous other cousins.
The family would like to thank Legacy Nursing and Rehabilitation and Traditions Hospice nurses and chaplain for the comfort and wonderful care she received.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to San Salvador Mission Church.
