Funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan. Interment will follow at Bryan City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of service on Wednesday. Serving as pallbearers will be, William Stephen Stuart Jr., Hunter Riley Stuart, Ricky Spikes Jr., Charlie Rice, Russell Rice and Billy Jolly.
She was born January 24, 1950 in Bryan the daughter of Joel Everett Jolly Sr. and Johnie Dell Jolly Carroll. She later married William Stephen Stuart Sr. on September 20, 1969 in Bryan Texas. Born and raised Baptist, but took classes and converted to Catechism. After retiring from St. Joseph Hospital, she spent her days hunting and fishing with her companion Kenny Luther. Judy’s most cherished role was being “Nana”.
In 2015, Judy was diagnosed with multiple myeloma and then Leukemia (Lymphoid CLL and myeloid) in April of 2022.
Judy is preceded in death by her husband, William Stephen Stuart Sr.; father and mother, Joel Everett Jolly Sr. and Johnnie Dell Jolly Carroll; and a brother, Willie John Jolly.
She is survived by brothers, Joel Jolly Jr., James Jolly and Billy Jolly; sisters, Joan Jarrell, Jerry Sue Jolly, Jackie Spikes, and Jennifer Kitkoski; Son, William Stephen “Steve” Stuart Jr.; daughter, Sherri Rohrbach and husband Colby; grandchildren, Chelsie Holliday, Hunter Stuart, Courtney Holliday, Cyleigh Holliday, Hailey Stuart, Kutter and Kason Rohrbach; great-grandchildren, Maverick Thompson, Brooklyn Pate, and Ryder Thompson.
