Norma Pauline Smith, 83, of Brunswick, GA, passed away on October 1, 2024. Norma was born on July 4, 1941, in Birmingham, England. Upon moving to the Golden Isles, she and her husband published the magazine, Official Guide to the Golden Isles. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, in Tennessee.
