Joan Donohue La Velle, age 57, of Jekyll Island, Georgia passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2022. Joan was born July 4, 1964.
Joan was born in North Massapequa , New York and was one of seven children born to Vincent E. Donohue and Kathleen W. Caufield Donohue. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two siblings, Thomas J. Donohue and Kathleen M. Schulman .
Joan is survived by her husband, Roy B. La Velle of Jekyll Island; one brother Vincent Donohue, three sisters, Denise J. Donohue of Sayville, NY, Colleen Hoffman (Richard) of Bellmore, NY and Nancy Taylor(Raymond) of Crystal River, FL; a step-daughter, Jessica Baker(Josh) of Kansas City, MO and a grandson, Ares Baker, also of Kansas City.
