Heidi Luise Netto

Heidi Luise Netto, age 82, of Warner Robins, Georgia passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2022. She was born May 1, 1940 in Nuremburg, Germany to the late Anthony Del Giorno and to the late Johanna Huntsnider. Heidi was also predeceased by a daughter, Julie Ford.

A devout Catholic and member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, she loved to serve as an usher. Heidi especially enjoyed crocheting and knitting baby hats and water bottle holders which she and her mother donated to the church. She also worked many years in the Publix bakery.

"Hoodie" as she was affectionately known by her loved ones, loved Bingo and winning bananas and nutter butters for her great granddaughter. One of her well known favorite treats that she also shared with others was Jolly Ranchers. Heidi was admired and loved by all who knew her and will be missed by everyone.

Heidi is survived by her loving family members; son, Thomas Ford (Jeanette Newton); grandson, Christopher Ford (Joy); and great granddaughter, Karissa Ford; also her brothers, Anthony Del Giorno (Teri) and Ralph Del Giorno (Sheila). Also her nieces and nephews that are left to cherish her many memories are, Tyler Del Giorno, Alex Irvin, and Heather McDermott. "Sweet Pea," Heidi's beloved dog and best friend, passed away one year ago.
