Miss Moore was a native and lifelong resident of Brunswick, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Frank L. Moore and the late Doris Mae Moore. She graduated from Glynn Academy and attended Perry Business School. Miss Moore then became employed and retired with National Data Corporation in Atlanta, Georgia.
A memorial service to honor her life will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, January 31, 2016 at Saint Francis Catholic Church in Brunswick, Georgia. Father Tom McKewon will be officiating the service.
Miss Moore was preceded in death by her mother and father Frank L. and Doris Mae Moore; three brothers, Vernon Moore, Wilbur Moore, and Alton Moore; one nephew, Carl Moore; three nieces, Pasty Knox, Brenda Voorhees, and Yvette Cardiello. She is survived by one sister, Vera Gallo of Brunswick, GA; six nieces, Barbara Davis of Brunswick, GA, Deborah Smith (Doug) of Brunswick, GA, Vickie Leverett of Brunswick, GA, Penny Moore of Jefferson, GA, Martha Singleton (Mark) of Atlanta, GA, and Lara Bruckner (Jon) of Canton, GA; three nephews, Rudy Moore (Marilyn) of Pell City, AL, Greg Moore (Rachel) of Alpharetta, GA, and Leslie Moore (Fran) of Snellville, GA.
Miss Moore became a full time RV/ER after her retirement. In the winter, she would spend most of her time in Bowling Green, FL. This is where she developed a passion for shuffle board and golf. In the summer, she enjoyed the Southern Trails R.V. Resort in Unadilla, GA. Grace in her younger years enjoyed bowling at the Bowlarena in Brunswick, GA and has a collection of trophies for her bowling skills. Grace enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and her beloved dogs “ Buttons and Bows”.
