Catherine was born and raised in Warren, OH where she was a 1947 graduate of Niles McKinley High School. She was the daughter of the late Stephen and Katherine Mihokovich; preceded in death by her sister, Anna Mae Verbanic; brother, Joseph Mihokovich; and one nephew.
She lived in Annapolis, MD and worked for 36 years for the Federal Government in Washington, D.C. as a Highway Safety Specialist for NHTSA. Catherine was a member of the Annapolis Moose Lodge 296 and the American Legion Post 7. She had a love for boating with Paul and socializing with friends at the Moose and American Legion. In her spare time she enjoyed working out and swimming at the Heritage Harbor Community where she lived. Her family and friends often joined her at her time-share in Ocean City, MD to go to the casinos nearby where she loved playing the slot machines.
She is survived by her brothers, John Mihokovich (Dona) and Steve Mihokovich (Josie); two nieces, 4 nephews, 4 great nieces, 3 great nephews and one step-son.
A funeral service will be held 1:00pm, Saturday, October 22, 2016 at the John M. Taylor Funeral Home, 147 Duke of Gloucester Street, Annapolis with entombment to follow at Lakemont Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 11am -1pm prior to the service.
