Our father was a dedicated family man who loved to be surrounded by his loving wife, children and grandkids. He loved to help his children around the house, helping his friends and grandchildren. He loved to work with heavy machinery, crane operator and backhoe. He had his own construction company for many years as a result of his love in working with heavy machinery. His favorite hobby was going fishing with his kids. The most rewarding and satisfying legacy is that he leaves behind as an example for his children and grandkids, siblings and his friends is that he was a strong, faithful man of prayer ever since he had a personal relationship with God. Always praying for his family.

Pascual is survived by his daughter Yolanda R. Hernandez (Sergio C.); his son Pascual Rodriguez Jr. (Rosalva V.); his son Ismael Rodriguez (Yolanda T.); and his son Margarito Rodriguez (Amparo V.); his sister Concepcion Treviño, his brother Ernesto Rodriguez, his sister Genoveva Ramos, his sister Juanita Rodriguez and his brother Francisco Rodriguez.
Pascual was preceded in death by his spouse Sara V. Rodriguez †; his son Jose Luis (Joe) Rodriguez † and his daughter Maria Elena (Judy) Bauer †; his mother Maria Concepcion Rodriguez † and his father Guadalupe Rodriguez Sr. †; his brother Guadalupe Rodriguez Jr. †; his sister Anita R. Pineda †; his brother Meliton Rodriguez †; his brother Enrique Rodriguez † and his brother Gabriel Rodriguez †.
He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Pascual will be held Friday, July 1, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 PM in Chapel of Peace at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A chapel service will be held Saturday, July 2, 2022 at 10:00 AM, Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista,125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. Followed by a burial at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4464 Old Port Isabel Rd, Brownsville, Texas 78526.
