Zack was a very hard worker who had a great sense of humor. He was known for his dedication and commitment in all aspects of his life.
Zack is survived by his son, Zacariah "Tom" Wilson, Jr. and daughter-in-law, Dawn Wilson. Daughter, Victoria Cain, and son-in-law, Duane Cain, Jr., Grandchildren Tabitha Denney and Zacariah Wilson III. Also his cousin Robbie Overstreet and her husband Olen Overstreet.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 56 years, Linda B. Wilson, and son, Robin Dale Wilson (stillborn). His father, Zacariah J. Wilson, mother, Annie (Barry) Wilson, sister’s Marjorie Bragdon and Dorothy Wilson (baby). And his brothers Roy Wilson, John Wilson, Jerry Wilson, and Patrick Wilson.
Zack graduated from Hernando High School in 1957. He worked in various occupations in several states. His proudest was serving as the General Foreman on the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway in Mississippi. Road construction in Louisiana and Florida. He also worked for Florida Rock, Troy's Tractor and Century 21.
Zack was a Christian, a Baptist by faith. In his free time, he enjoyed air boating and doing yard work.
Zack will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
As per his wishes, there will be no service. Burial will be at Brooksville Cemetery.
