Tim will be missed by all who came to know him at the Water Management District.  Tim was one of the first people I met when I started here in 1986.  I enjoyed our conversations over the years and will miss seeing him.

TIM IS GOING TO BE HARD NOT HEARING '''DR. RED SAXTON'''' WHEN I SAW U IN THE MORNING. WE HAD A LOT OF GOOD TIMES OVER TIME A SWFWMD.  WE ALL WAYS TALK OUR DAYS IN SCHOOL.  IT'S NOT MANY CAN SAY THEY WORK 40 YEARS AT SWFWMD. T-WARD MY FRIEND REST IN HEAVEN. 

I remember Tim well from the District.  I was never boring to run back to his office for something - he would always have a wise crack, or a joke, and always went out of his way to help you, no matter what.  Such a pleasant person, who really cared about his job....Rest in Peace as I know you will, Tim.  Hugs

Today has been especially hard. Usually you are singing happy birthday to me a week before my birthday until my special day. When you were in the hospital, I thought the best birthday present this year would be for you to get off the ventilator. Now I truly believe you leaving your sick body and going to Heaven, healthy and whole again, is the best birthday gift I could ever receive! I miss you terribly, but I have an odd sense of relief and peace knowing you are no longer suffering. I love you more than words can express!  You are the lucky one, my love!! I pray that you will visit me from time to time, and always watch over me and our family! By the way, I had a wonderful birthday celebration with our family! They sang to me, and I’m sure you joined in with them! We are getting through missing you together!! Give our Dads a hug from me! Until we meet again in eternal life...always know I love you with all of my heart and soul!! Love your Sweet Nette

I remember meeting Tim, Lynette, Kayla, and Tyler at Mariner Methodist, when we became members on the same Sunday.  I remember you all sitting in the front pew every week.  It was always a joy to see your family.  After that, I remember running into you all time and again, outside of church.  Tim was always so kind and always stopped to talk.  There was no doubt that family came first and Lynette, you were the sparkle in in eye.Tim, may you Rest in Peace in God's loving embrace - until we meet again.

Gone way too soon. I will miss seeing you at the District. Peace be with the Ward family.
