Nicholas "Nick" B. DeFiore

He was born June 17, 1985 in Syosset, Long Island, New York and came to Brooksville 25 years ago.  He was an over-the-road trucker for Husky Trucking and Christian by faith.  As a young man he played hockey and became a craftsman, working in construction and building homes.  He was an avid NY Jets and NY Ranger Fan.

He is survived by his mother, Janice L. DeFiore (Arnie Civiletti) of Brooksville, Florida and his father, Douglas G. DeFiore (Anita Carver) of Spring Hill, Florida; brother, Douglas K. DeFiore (Debbie Wilson) of Brooksville, Florida; sister and brother-in-law, Michele & Michael Giglio of Commack, New York; niece, Kayla DeFiore of Florida and nephews, Joseph and Matthew Giglio of New York.

Visitations will be held for family and friends from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm, Friday, January 7, 2022 and from 10:00-11:00am, Saturday, January 8, 2022 at Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill Chapel, where Funeral Services will begin at 11:00am, Saturday, January 8, 2022.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
