CRAIG, Lawrence, 91, of Brooksville, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at his home.
He was born June 27, 1929 in Lawrence, Massachusetts and has lived in Brooksville most of his life. After graduating from high school he joined the Merchant Marine and continued to serve for 50 years. He was known as an excellent welder, loved working on cars, and was an avid nutritionist. He was a member of Abundant Blessing Congregation.
He is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Flordeles Craig; his cousin, Arlene Murphy of Massachusetts; and many friends.
A Visitation for family and friends will be held from 10:00-11:00am, Friday, March 5, 2021 at Merritt Funeral Home, Brooksville Chapel. A Graveside Service will follow at 11:30am at Brooksville Cemetery, with Pastor Joe Santerelli officiating.
