She was born May 30, 1942 in Columbus, Georgia to Claude Warren Mann & Jessie Mae (Spivey) Mann and came to Spring Hill from Pensacola, Florida 45 years ago. She was a florist and had worked for both the Hudson Avenue and Lake Road Publix in Pasco County. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and the president of her Chapter Preceptor Delta Iota, volunteered for many activities through her Sorority, and enjoyed crafting, painting, making wreath floral arrangements, and hunting and fishing. She was also member of Stable Faith Cowboy Church.
She is preceded in death by her son, Jason Lowrance; her parents; brothers, Reggie Webster & Vernon Webster and sister, Geraldine Hope. She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, James Lowrance; sons and daughter-in-law, Tony Rowe and Todd & Stephanie Lowrance, all of Brooksville, Florida; daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly & John Streetman of Perry, Florida; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation for family and friends will be from 10:00-11:00am, Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at the Stable Faith Cowboy Church, where Funeral Services begin at 11:00am, with Reverend David Hope officiating. Interment will follow at the Fivay Cemetery.
