Jackie was born in Brooklyn, New York. She lived in both Brooklyn and Staten Island before enjoying retirement in Boynton Beach, Florida.
Jackie is predeceased by her parents, Jacqueline and John Homann, and her brother,Thomas Homann.
She is survived by her loving husband, William Fitzpatrick, the Darcy & Steffens families and many friends.
A visitation for Jacqueline will be held Tuesday, January 9, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at M.J. Smith Sons, 255 9th Street, Brooklyn, New York 11215. A mass of christian burial will occur Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Holy Name Church, 245 Prospect Park West, Brooklyn, NY. A committal service will occur Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at 12:00 PM at Resurrection Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.
