Robert L. Sandman formerly of Dedham, and Waban, on Friday, July 21, 2023. For 60 years, he was the beloved husband of the late Guitelle "Tel" (Hurvitz) Sandman. Loving father of Martha Sandman Holmes and her husband Ted Holmes. Robert was predeceased by his sons, Roger, Jonathan and Mark Sandman. Adored grandfather of Gabriel Holmes and his wife, Carrie, Alexander Holmes and his wife, Marina, and Amanda Holmes. Great-grandfather of Grayson, Leora, Beckham, Maya and Isla Holmes. Dear brother of Jo and Robert Asher.
Services at Temple Shalom of Newton, 175 Temple Street, Newton on Tuesday, July 25 at 11:00 am with burial to follow at Sharon Memorial Park, 41 Dedham Street, Sharon. Memorial observance to be announced at the service.
