Mildred H. Weisberg

Mildred Weisberg, age 97, of Hingham, formerly of Chestnut Hill and Needham, on Saturday, October 14, 2017. For 35 years, beloved wife of the late Henry Weisberg. Loving mother of Jeffrey Weisberg and his wife, Jennifer and the late Jerold Weisberg. Cherished Nana of Debbie and Harrison and granddogs, Molly and Max. Dear sister of the late Melvin Hewitt and his surviving wife, Arlene of Virginia. Loving Aunt to Gary Hewitt and his wife Julia of California and Joselyn Rochlis and her husband Steven of Virginia. Loving great-aunt to Andrew, Ariana, Teddy and Michael. Mildred was a charter member of Temple Beth Shalom in Needham where she was very active in the Sisterhood. She was also a life member of Hadassah. Services will be held at Temple Shir Tikva, 141 Boston Post Road, Wayland, MA on Monday at 12 noon. Burial will follow at Sharon Memorial Park, Sharon, MA. Following the burial, memorial observance will be held at the home of Jeffrey and Jennifer Weisberg until 9pm; as well as Tuesday from 7pm to 9pm and Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, a cause that was dear to her, at 60 Walnut Street, Suite 102, Wellesley, MA 02481, www.jdrf.org or Temple Shir Tikva.
