We mourn the passing of Mikhail Korsunsky, a gentle and caring husband, father and grandfather, who passed away at the age of 77 on June 3, 2024. Mikhail was a dedicated family man who spent 56 years alongside his wife and partner Larisa with whom he raised two daughters and four grandchildren. Mikhail was also a violinist who proudly taught and inspired generations of musicians. Leading by example of hard work, he instilled a love of music, discipline and dedication to excellence in his children, grandchildren and students. Mikhail valued independence and ambition and he taught his loved ones that no dream is too big or outside their reach. Mikhail is survived by his beloved wife Larisa, daughters Anna and Mariana, sons-in-law Igor and Pavel, and grandchildren Ilana, Eric, Maia and Jacob whom he doted and unconditionally adored. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
