L. William (Bill) Bell of Framingham, MA, died peacefully surrounded by loved ones on May 31, 2023. Bill was husband of Ruth (Cohen) Bell for 70 years, father of Cindy Bell (David Elinoff), Nancy Bell McKinney (Greg McKinney), Michael Bell (Patricia Bell), grandparent of Daniel Elinoff, Katie Elinoff, Carissa McKinney, Shaylyn McKinney, Jennifer Whorton and brother of Gerald Bell (Helen Cooper Bell) and Steven Bell (Patricia Larsen Bell).
Bill said that when he died, he would only want a few things mentioned about his life. He felt that those who knew him would know what he had done and who he was.
Bill worked with computers from the start of the industry. He was a gardener and a lover of classical music. He travelled extensively with his wife. In his later years, he took up painting, and loved giving his pictures to family and friends. ‘
