Inna (Shtrom) Tsukrov, 52, of Lee, NH, entered into rest on Monday, June 24, 2019. She was the cherished wife of Igor Tsukrov, with whom she shared 33 years and 3 days of marriage. Born in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine, she was the daughter of William and Valentina Shtrom.
She will be most missed for her mischievous sense of humor, her irrepressible zest for life, and her love for her family and friends. A computer programmer by day, she devoted her evenings to culture and nature. She took long walks in the woods with her husband and her beloved Berner Oscar. She would always search out the perfect mushroom, taste the unknown berry, and smell the beautiful flower. She met her husband and many of her friends playing KaBH and attending local concerts, plays, and other cultural activities. She was the author of countless witty sketches and heartfelt poems and many will remember her vivacious glow on stage and her raucous cheers from the audience.
She lived with unrestrained passion and enthusiasm, eager to try a crafting project, to explore a new country and its cuisine, and to help a friend in need. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, and her last and greatest joy was the time she spent with her grandson, Asyik. We will think of her when we wear her knitted slippers, when we see a fluffy dog, when we swim out past the buoys, when we pause to appreciate a mountain view, and most of all during long warm nights playing games and singing around the campfire.
In addition to her devoted husband, Igor, and her loving parents, William and Valentina, those left to cherish Inna’s memory are her beloved daughter, Dina Tsukrov, her son-in-law Graham Riske, and her treasured grandson, Asher Isaac Riske.
A funeral service for Inna will be held on Wednesday, June 26 at 12:30 p.m. at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 1668 Beacon St., Brookline, MA, with interment at Shara Tfilo Cemetery, 776 Baker St., West Roxbury, MA.
