Barrett Stanton “Barry" Jones lifelong resident of Brookline and WWII veteran, recipient of two Purple Hearts, and a dedicated 40 year, active member of Brookline Rotary, on Monday, July 27, 2015. Beloved husband of almost 65 years of Shirley (Zilen) Jones. Loving father of Randy & Maurice T. Hampton and Heidi & David Kelf. Adored grandfather of Rachel and Reuben Hampton.
Services at Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard St., Brookline, on Wednesday, July 29, at 11:00am. Military burial will be at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Connery Ave., Bourne, MA, at 2:30pm.
Respects may be paid at his late residence on Wednesday and Thursday. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to American Parkinson Disease Association, 72 East Concord St., Room C3, Boston, MA 02118.
