Daughter of the late Claire and Abraham Krames. Beloved wife of Sanford Cohen for 54 years. Alumna of CCNY and Boston University. Elementary school teacher, gifted sculptor and avid reader. Passionate about progressive social causes. Above all, a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. A caring aunt, sister-in-law, cousin and friend. Dearly loved mother of Craig Cohen, Deborah Cohen and Lisa Russman. Devoted grandmother of Dara, Jared, Morgan, Benjamin, Abigail, Alyssa, Mia and Sadie. Cherished mother-in-law of Lara, George and Matthew. Her elegance, beauty and kindness was recognized and admired by all who knew her. She will be missed by all.
Services at Temple Shir Tikva, 141 Boston Post Road, Wayland, MA on Wednesday, July 3 at 1:00PM. Interment at Sharon Memorial Park, Sharon, MA. Memorial observance at the home of Deborah and George following the interment 5:30-8:00pm, Thursday 1-3pm and Friday 3-5pm. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to HHT Foundation (hht.org).
