Age 61. He was born in Boston, and grew up in Brookline, later living in Boston, Newton, and Southborough. Among other schooling, he attended Tufts University ‘91, where he received prizes in both physics and mathematics. He was also inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa society. He was predeceased by both parents, Howard Weintraub and Arlene C. Weintraub, as well as their much-loved dog, Sashi. He leaves a sister, Melissa (Laurence) of Oregon.
A brief Shiva will be held on Friday, July 26 at the Ledgebrook Clubhouse (261 Nahanton St., Newton) from 1 p.m. to sunset, continuing Sunday, July 28, from 1 to 4 p.m.
