(Mary Streetman, MD) Kapusta, the late Donald P. Kapusta, the late Dennis J. Kapusta and the late baby Joe Kapusta. Loving grandmother of Carolyn (Mark) Karls, Adam, Nicholas, Justin, Anthony and Calvin Kapusta. Caring great-grandmother of Jackson, Tabitha, Kasey and Josie. Sister of Dick (Shirley) Weber and Ginny Murphy. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, January 4, 5:00 PM, at Mother of Good Counsel Church, 6924 W. Lisbon Ave. Private burial Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation Friday at church from 3:00 PM until time of Mass.
