She cherished her role as a mother, teaching by example through her generous spirit. She volunteered her time at Room at the Inn supporting those in need, and loved to spend countless hours in her kitchen baking up goodies to just give away to others! Her giving spirit spilled over into her love of shopping for others as well, and these selfless acts of kindness will always remain a precious part of her family’s fondest memories. A Celebration of Life service will be held at Cathedral of the Incarnation Church, 2015 West End Avenue, Nashville, TN 37203 on Saturday morning, the 2nd of November 2013 at ten-thirty, officiated by Rev. Jim Myers. The family cordially invites friends to gather with them for a time of remembrance and visitation at Brentwood-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home from six o’clock until eight o’clock on Friday evening. In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial donations be directed to either The Kidney Foundation or the Room at the Inn.
